He handled my luggage with care and proceeded to give me a smooth ride to the Tru Hotel. The car is roomy, clean and comfortable( and kept that way daily). What followed was 4 days of quality service. Will took multiple people in our group back and forth between Tru and the Fairgrounds. Finally, Will returned me to the airport and was flexible when my flight plans changed! He was always early, kind, courteous and professional.
